Our chefs create Nordic gastronomy with the season as their primary inspiration. Some seasons are richer than others and we work close with our suppliers, nearby farms and producers to source the best possible ingredients no matter snow or hot summer days.

We explore with all senses and wine is a very important part of a gastronomic experience at Grand. Our sommelier works very close together with the kitchen to find interesting and tasteful pairings with the food.
