Grands Dining room
Grands Dining room is a unique combination of classic elegance and unbeatable culinary experiences. Set tables in an environment with crystal chandaliers and polished candelabras. To summarize: wonderful, beautiful and classic surroundings. One finds guests in suits, dresses and jeans, side by side, joined together by a common passion – the love of food and wine of absolute top quality.
Our dining room is a meeting point for those who are on business, those celebrating a birthday or anniversary, those proposing, those who wish for something special or those who wish to enjoy ’a dam good meal’ as Robert ‘Bobbo’ Nilsson, our executive chef, likes to express it.
The food is beautiful, comprising of produce from small local Scanian farms. Prepared with finesse and respect for all that nature has to offer. And naturally – organic produce. In the dining room one can enjoy a full menu with starter, main course and dessert, perfectly accompanied by suitable drinks.
Since the 1970’s, our dim cellar vaults have been the home to Grand’s unique wine cellar, one of the country’s largest and most exclusive. The 70 page wine list is worthwhile reading. With the renovation of the restaurant, part of this treasure has now been moved up to the restaurant and makes up the ’wine room’ in the corner of the dining room.
From the 26:th to the 8:th of january we have Bistro weeks and offer lovely bistro food in both our restaurants, se menu below.
