Restaurant

Fine Dining Grand’s fine-dining restaurant is - in every respect - a classic dining space. Linen table cloths, folded napkins, high ceiling; light and space. The restaurant serves several well-known dishes but places special emphasis on local Skåne food experiences and home cooking. The seasonal variations and specialities have ample scope in the menus: Asparagus week in the early summer, crayfish premier in August, shellfish weeks in September and, of course, geese for St Martin’s day in November [November 11th].

Game is also part of the autumn delights while the magnificent ‘julbordet’ or Christmas dinner is available from early December. On Thursdays in winter pea soup with pork is served (and Swedish snaps for the thirsty).

gambrinus.jpg

Gambrinus According to myth, Gambrinus was a king in Flanders who discovered the art of brewing ale. He is therefore a kind of patron saint for both the ale and for those who love this drink.

Towards evening, Gambrinus bistro fills up with people who need to chill out on the way home from work or a hectic shopping trip. The pleasant atmosphere means many visitors take a break right up to closing time!

Gambrinus is a kind of hip pocket, i.e. a relaxing alternative to slip in to, perhaps just for the sake of a beer when one does not wish to go to the fine-dining restaurant. Located at the front of the hotel, the decor is less sophisticated than in the fine-dining restaurant, but the food is prepared with the very same ambition!

Table reservation is recommended!
